The platform operates solely as a technological tool and does not function as a talent agency, legal representative, or financial advisor. Any decisions or agreements made using the platform remain the sole responsibility of the user.

By registering and using the AskScoutly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are not restricted by any applicable laws from using such services.

To access the services, you are required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

By using our platform, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of publicly available data from your social media profiles, including posts, engagement metrics such as likes, comments and shares, follower counts, and other publicly visible information. The platform strictly limits its data usage to publicly accessible content and does not access, scrape, store, or process any private, restricted, or personal content, including direct messages, private media, or non-public account data under any circumstances.

By providing your contact details, including email address and phone number, you agree that the Company may use this information for account-related communication, service updates, product notifications, and marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through available unsubscribe mechanisms, although essential service communications may still be sent.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to automate communication, suggest pricing, and negotiate with brands based on user-defined parameters. While designed to function efficiently, AI-generated outputs are automated and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. The Company does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or profitability, and all final decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

The platform acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to any agreements between users and brands. The Company does not guarantee payments, verify the authenticity of brands, or enforce contractual obligations. All collaborations and transactions are strictly between the user and the respective third party, and any disputes must be resolved independently.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically, provide accurate information, review all AIassisted actions before approval, and comply with applicable laws. You must not misuse the platform, misrepresent data, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to manipulate the system, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

All intellectual property related to the platform, including software, design, and AI systems, is owned by Frugle Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of your own content; however, by using the platform, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use your data for providing and improving the services.

The Company is committed to protecting user privacy and implementing reasonable security measures. We do not access private content and do not knowingly misuse user data. However, you acknowledge that no digital system is completely secure, and the use of the platform is at your own risk.

The platform may rely on third-party services such as social media platforms. The Company is not responsible for any limitations, disruptions, or changes imposed by such third parties, including API restrictions or data access limitations.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, or internet disruptions.
